This doesn’t follow. Just because there aren’t many worker co-ops doesn’t mean the model doesn’t or can’t work. Would political democracy be a common distribution of political voting rights if political voting rights in elections were tradable as economic voting rights in firm are today?
Shareholders aren’t governed by management. Democratic principles would give workers voting rights.
