There isn't really a benefit from doing this. Monero's stealth addresses are great and don't need to be rotated. You should never need to give your view key to someone else.
Now...
Monero zaps on the other hand... THAT should be in the nostr spec. We should be able to Xap a specific note so everyone can see how many Xaps that note gets.
The address can even be reused from the Payment Target and no view key sharing is necessary.
Monero's privacy would still shine because no one can look up other payments you receive to the address (you can even reuse it for more than just Xaps) and no one can look up the sender's other payments either (the sender doesn't need to be concerned that sending the Xap leaks anything but the Xap itself).
It would be an obviously good feature. But good luck convincing the Bitcoin maxi nostr spec gatekeepers to allow it.
