Almost the entire Middle Earth line from ICE qualifies. My personal favourites were Moria and Mirkwood, but any of the campaign modules and most of the adventure modules (not including the execrable "Ready to Run" series) were good, solid work.
Outside of ME, they had their stuff like Mythic Egypt or Mythic Greece or the like (quite a few) that tended to be well-made. I have fond memories of Outlaw (wild west) as well.
