Fact of the matter is I'm going to need a fair bit more legal funds to hold my abuser accountable.
These anti-racist measures are so new it costs more to develop a case using them.
I need to ACTIVELY build a case to defend myself and reduce this pattern of in court and out of court abuse of literally racist institutions to harass me.
2020 literally gave Black folks -some- new tools we need to defend ourselves.
