I pay *lots* of attention to the UFL.

For those unaware, the UFL is a football league that's a merger between the USFL and the XFL. It plays during the spring.

Now the reason I watch the UFL is because there's a lot of talk about a *further* merger with the CFL. For many reasons, this is unlikely. But no doubt, because the UFL season ends just as the CFL season begins, many UFL players cross over to the CFL.

So far, the UFL is treading water. When it comes to TV ratings, it does all right—but stadiums are almost empty.
