Not speed, but bandwidth limits. I was still stuck on dial-up for too long, but then got absolutely cursed with DSL. The limit was.... 1gb. You couldn't do shit. And it augmented along the years very slowly. It wasn't until college that I could just DDL things over there instead. That's what the Friday math class was for

Around that time is when I finally started getting a limit that wasn't totally shit at 20-25gb. Before I would download an SD series here and there, but with that much I could at least start watching weekly seasonals
