So if there is a 350-foot gash caused by vandals, then a person or multiple people basically had to jump into the reflecting pool and cut it with a knife for 350 feet (~106.7 meters) — or lean over the side and cut that gash — either way, that's a long distance!
Aren't there cameras there?
