IMHO bombing civilian structures in authoritarian regimes is no less a war crime than it is when Geneva conventions are violated against democratic countries. So remarking this difference doesn’t make a point for your reasoning, just for the ones wanting to enforce double standards in human rights to decide which children deserve to die and which ones deserve EU weapons supplies.
