Is a class revolution coming to the Civil Service?
If the best way to change the class background of an organisation such as the Civil Service is to shape the pipeline of interns & then applicants to Fast Stream programmes of recruitment, then the limitation of internships to children of parents who were in (an identified range of) 'working class' jobs look like an interesting strategy.
The Private Schools & middle class will be in up in arms, of course!
