I tend not to recommend self help books because most of them are useless. But I’ve just started reading The Cherry Tree Theory by Rich & Rox Pink (the hosts of ADHD_Love’s Late Bloomers podcast) which is already hitting several painful points for me. Having a quiet day today and realising just how fucked up I am.
