[Bug] Hi! I found an issue with the GIF picker.
When I tap the GIF button, it doesn't load any GIFs. Instead, it just says "Tenor returned 403" and shows a Try Again button, but retrying gives the same error.
Not sure if it's a Tenor API issue, an expired API key, or something changed on their side. Just thought I'd report it.
