That caricature of Zack Polanski the Times published was far more antisemitic than anything the man himself has ever said, but the popularity of the Green Party threatens Labour's hold on their voters so they're going after them with everything they can get their hands on. The big issue mobilising protests today is Palestine, and protests are inconvenient for the government so they're trying to clamp down, but they'd be using other tactics and claiming to be protecting other groups if the big protests right now were anti monarchy, or police brutality against Black people, or Insulate Britain.
