Pure #capitalism, a true free #market #economy, is a system based on voluntary interactions between people without any #coercion or #violence. If the state fails to punish those who commit theft, murder, and so on, it simply means it's acting incorrectly. Blame the bureaucrats and voters, not the capitalists.
