I don't know if it was the CIA for sure, but it was probably the CIA.
All this deepseek stuff is starting to make me wonder if this is just a way for the Western countries (the US mostly) to garner sympathy for totalitarian behavior. Because this is only making me sympathize with the Chinese position, not the US.
