As I see it someone who can prove their age (various means) can get an attestation bound to an AVI (securely bound to that AVI, which could live on your phone).
However, that attestation can then be used to prove the age to any number of services thereafter, and there's no user identifiably information in the attestation.
So, correct, I cannot copy an attestation I've gotten onto my phone to one of my kids', but I can use their phone to get one that they can then subsequently use, and there's nothing in the system (as far as I've yet to see) that would detect that it's me and not them that is of age.
