yeeep, hinge is making crunchy sounds (inspected it, it's similar mechanism that smasnug used in first-gen Z Fold) so some gears likely became misaligned or snapped altogether.
It's fine as long as I don't use it in the tablet mode (kinda sucks to not be able to do it) and are careful while closing it, but fixing it is impossible. Hinges are fused with display assembly and insides of them are filled with epoxy so there's no way to remove the mechanism
