Possibly the biggest impact of AI on work will be (where its deployed to replace junior level 'grunt' jobs) the reduction of entry level positions & the subsequent inability for casual apprenticeship-like 'learning on the job' (compounding the impact of hybrid working on that model of tacit skill development).
This means firm will need to spend more on explicit training for employees, something they've been increasingly unwilling to do...
