No. My time is limited so I decided on just one after superficially comparing the two. I don't remember the reason why I settled on restic in the end. Perhaps because it was more modern (go based) and a simpler model. I like that I can just drop a binary on the system and that's it.
If you decide to look into borg, please let me know your findings. =) It does seem to be a popular option to restic.
