I think that's what I probably did as well. It was a few years back and I hate computers so I tend not to dwell on the nonsense involved.
My present laptop now harangues me every now and then about moving to Win11. Well joke's on them, because this would never run that particular craptastic OS. I'm dreading potentially having to get a new one though, because apparently you can no longer get a new computer with Win10. I already hate swapping devices and that's just an extra aggravation on top of it. I'll just have to see if our IT support can swing it somehow.
