We’d move on to the next dead person. No time for litigation when so many people die per day in every state. Far more than any organ procurement organization can harvest from. So many people are willing to donate and remember if you don’t die on a ventilator, only your eyes, skin, bone, and heart valves can be harvested….now in China? I’m guessing there isn’t an option or regulation.
