Host your own Nextcloud online ecosysyem, which replaces Google/Apple/Microsoft ecosystems. Provides fileshare, calendar, contacts, notes, photos, etc., etc.
Use a privacy email service that does not monitor and sell your data. (Reagan.com, Proton Mail, etc.)
Use privacy focused web browsers like Librewolf, Chromite, Brave, etc, with Adblock Plus, UBlock Origin, or similar extensions.
For movie / music streaming services, host your own Jellyfin server, where you can stream your own physical copies of movies, tv shows and music.
