I think I'm stuck in Gen X mental mode when looking at job announcements.
We spent decades doing senior-level tasks in junior-level positions because the Boomers held all the senior positions for like 50 years, so I now have no idea which positions to apply for, so I defaulted to applying to junior-level positions, but it appears that the Boomers are gone and now they're looking for seniors to do what I used to do as a junior, and the new juniors can't even code or read a map, and it's all chaos.
