The hypocrisy of Central Banks:

When workers seek to maintain their standard of living (which at least in the UK they have not managed to do) by demanding pay rises, this is regarded as an 'inflationary pressure'.

But when corporations seek to maintain or increase their profits this is seen as the necessary incentive for economic success.

So why aren't increased wages 'incentives' for workers?

Because the corporate interest is normalised & workers' interests are problematised!
