The Omega Speedmaster Professional ("The Moonwatch"), the watch that has flown with nearly every NASA mission from Mercury through the shuttle program.
It has a long history with the space program in general, was the first watch worn on the surface of the moon (Strapped to the outside of their pressure suits, too. It's rated for a vacuum and those temperatures), and is still worn today by some astronauts (NASA swapped to the Speedmaster X33 since the early 2000s, though some still wear the original).
I own a Caliber 1861 Speedy, which was produced in 2014. I'd LOVE to snag a Caliber 861 Speedy made in my birth year. It's popular to own birth year watches.
