If you want "off the shelf" tech, then you pick PWR's (Westinghouse, EDF, KHNP), CANDU or a BWRX (which is currently being built).
With these, you have think financing through, which can be a huge wildcard. For example, in the case of Hinkley Point C, 65% of the costs are just financing costs. France and Czechia are for this reason currently considering an interest-free loan, which would make a huge difference.
