Seltzer water, interesting. I had an awful headache and nausea this morning. Don’t want that ever again so I think im sworn off of coffee now. Hopefully that was the worst of it. Did you experience any symptoms? I only drank one coffee a day, maybe I’m just severely dehydrated. 🫠
