I wondered this too recently! I never see any music videos anymore really, and honestly that's a shame! I guess for me that just went down with TV - in the 90s, we had 3(!) television channels dedicated to playing music videos, but now I don't watch TV anymore, and it's just not something I would seek out myself.
On TV, it was something you could put up in the background since "there's nothing else on", but in modern times, we have infinite videos to choose from and I guess for some reason I never pick music videos..
