And so the legal challenge to the proscription of Palestine Action has not been successful (although it will be appealed), leaving the Govt.s rendering of criminal damage as 'terrorism' in place with the connivence of the majority of our elected representatives....

There may be lots to complain about in the UK, but the continuing narrowing of the right to protest, remains a significant attack on democracy.

Its a dark week for democratic protest!
