1000 days since the 3-day 'special military operation' began. Putin still doesn't want to give in. About 1.5 million people died.
The West is waging a proxy war to let the Russian threat bleed dry and the Russians are now apparently asking North Korea to send up to 100,000 soldiers after their first dispatch of 12,000. The Russian war economy is inevitably going to collapse and the wounds of losing so many people are going to be felt for decades to come.
Meanwhile Trump is about to, probably, end the supply of weapons, but not before Biden gave the green light to deeply strike into Russia causing as much damage as they can before this war ends.
The way things are looking now Ukraine will get a puppet regime. After Zelensky clearly stated that Ukraine is willing to develop new nuclear weapons, there is no way Russia will accept him to stay in power or indeed to let Ukraine remain free to develop their own future.
1000 days since the start of the second invasion, but I don't see this going on for another thousand. Did I miss anything?
