Cartel Nueva Generación kidnapped my cousin and her husband almost two years ago. Everybody in the family paid for their life and they had to start all over again, no car, no house, no money.
I feel that the killing of El Mencho is a big opportunity for both other cartels to establish themselves or the Mexican institutions to get back into the pilot seat. Let’s see how it plays out.
