On Twitter and Threads there are calls by Malaysians to boycott Pagi Sore restaurant in Jakarta. Apparently some Malaysian tourists have [some trouble there](

Some Indonesians suggest them if they want to try nasi padang its better to look for it at the source, in West Sumatra. There are direct flights from KL to Padang so it should be easy to them.
I am a little bit unsure in recommending West Sumatra to tourists, because I don't think we (West Sumatrans) are good at tourism things.
P.S. It seems Malaysians are flocking to Indonesia lately, due to the weak rupiah. And here they like to eat ... nasi padang? I guess it tastes better in Indonesia.
