I just very quickly tried exporting a config from blue wallet 2 of 3, and it worked instantly with Prime. Are you using dark mode? Could be a contrast thing? Mine is light mode.
I did also notice they have a function to stop the QR code series so that you can cycle through them one by one. Maybe give that a whirl.
Outside of that, Sparrow is my go-to, but I know that Nunchuk also works.
