[ SaravananJaichandar/world-model-mcp ] docs(readme): point at etch.systems managed variant
Adds a 'Prefer a managed hosted version?' section right after the
try-in-10s block, plus an OSS-vs-hosted FAQ Q, so PyPI installers
who want the audit chain as a service can find it without a search.
- Managed variant at etch.systems uses this OSS package as its
offline reference verifier; the verify path is identical.
- Compliance framework mapping (SR 11-7, EU AI Act Article 12,
ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, SOC 2 CC7) lives on the hosted side.
