Your bio thing says that you're a bread baker. I want to see a picture of some of that bread.
This is a masochistic request because I don't really get to eat bread anymore because I'm trying to lose weight and carbs, blah blah blah. I used to make my own bread. I started with the Nancy Silverton book, where it takes 30 days to make your first loaf of bread because you're getting the yeast out of the sky and all that stuff. I got addicted to the bread. My wife will eat like one cubic inch of the bread, and then I would eat the whole loaf slathered with like a pound of butter, so I had to stop making the bread, but I had my own starter. Her name was Gertrude.
I was inspired by Anthony Bourdain's book that got him famous, which was called Kitchen Confidential. He's got a bread baker in there who was this crazy man called Adam (last name unknown). That's a funny fucking book. Everybody should read that.
If you ever thought you wanted to open a restaurant, this book will talk you out of it.
