It is impossible to see visual clues to people becoming upset/agitated over the phone (it's hard enough sometimes when you are there in person).. as for video calls 🤷♀️
All you can do is make a note of what you think may have caused the upset and carry on 🫂
Well done on the filters! I like having a robo vacuum but it is extremely judgemental! Apparently my house is dusty and I need to clean up! Well la-di-da Mr Robot if you were better at your job there wouldn't be so much dust!!
[Sensors cleaned, buffer wiped... demanding little beast, I did a proper clean of it last week, even vacuumed the filter - I might get annoyed at it sometimes but I do love the robot vacuum]
