Its all very well to be committed to expanding the number of housing we are building in the UK, but as labour shortages (identified by the House Builders Federation) suggest, its another thing to get them built...

One solution might be a massive investment into Further Education to train new (younger) construction workers, but equally, bringing in migrant labour might well be seen as a quicker solution.... (see earlier & Larry Elloitt's analysis).
