The DNA double helix was discovered. Claiming otherwise is crackpot science, like flat earth theory. RNA is usually single strand, but can make double strands sometimes. And viruses exist, we have images of them from the electron microscope, but also a lot of molecular biology. Daszak is on record planning for a pandemic in a pre-pandemic interview:
