The food is ugly, but soooo yummy. The sauce (which is a soup recipe 🤫) is really easy once you get the squash chopped and roasted. It's shallots, sage, garlic, nutmeg, cumin, butternut and I used an acorn squash, sweetner of your choice - I use honey,and broth for whatever consistency you want, I added cream and some pasta water to thin it a bit more and for a bit more body. The immersion blender is your friend for making it as smooth as you want it...and done 🤌🤌
Relaxing day with no boy...me spending the day in the kitchen making roasted butternut squash sauce to put over the storebought mushroom raviolis (sorry, girasoli) because I love mushrooms and they do not. Aaaaand baking a loaf of bread.
