If the wheels can be unmounted, clean the wheel axle bore and the shaft they're on with alcohol, as well, and hit them with some synthetic oil (sewing machine oil or a zero weight motor oil, probably? again, see if the docs say). I doubt they have bearings, but if they do, make sure they spin freely. If they cannot be unmounted it gets more complicated, but still, cleaning and lubing them is going to be key.
