As a professional programmer, I don't have much cause to use a desktop calculator when I'm sitting in front of a computer with a squillion times more processing power and a richer, more versatile interface. But I came across this video of somebody running the firmware of the HP 50g graphing calculator inside an emulator on Windows, with keyboard shortcuts for all the calculator keys, and I'm honestly impressed.
I still don't actually need to do calculations or solve equations on a regular basis, but if I ever do, I might try to figure out a similar setup.
