I'm not a CPA or lawyer but have been in several different industries over my life. Maybe this is a dumb question. Why can't an app use its own Alby Hub, create sub accounts, and lock down its use so it can only be used to send sats within the app? Conceptually its no different than a restaurant issuing gift certificates to be redeemed at only that restaurant.
