Dropped my hiker off at the trailhead this morning. Diva and I accompanied up the hill a bit. He had a good restock and break to wait out the weather. I'm on a train now heading to San Diego. I have some time and the weather is staying cool for a bit. I'll catch a bus to Campo, crash at the southern terminus by the border wall and hike north for the week. I have a rough itinerary, we'll see how it goes. Mostly curious to see if the main bubble of hikers have begun. Still slow up by us.
