The AG says devs shouldn't sleep with one eye open and that as long as they aren't committing fraud or money laundering then they are fine.
What are the Samourai dev's are in jail for?
If the feds call our bill of rights fraud it doesn't matter that they say they only want the criminals...you are still a criminal to them.
Not because it is fraud, they know it isn't. But because the code gives you and me freedom from them.
