I can say with first hand experience, TWICE in a month, that the best state to be broken down in is Montana. This is a VERY small sample size of 2... BUT hear me out, they were both incredible humans who I could easily tell so just in our interactions let alone our conversations. Long term tow life gives them a very cool perspective and, well it IS Montana. In the land of wide open spaces people tend towards a bit more concern for their fellow human, when there is no one for miles everyone needs to be aware.
