Until about a year ago, I didn't realise how brutal panic attacks are..
1st one caught me well off guard, alone. Thought I was dieing.. Heart well over 100bps, vision wigging out, balance failing..
Over an hr, much of it in a ball on the floor, I dragged myself out. I'd had a flash memory of s friend explaining what I was feeling (their panic attack experiences)..
Only the sick wish suffering on others.
How, the, fuck.. Has humanity allowed the sick, run most of the world!
