It's basically not a thing outside the UK. Normal AAC is awesome. Great insulation, great structural capacity. Some parts of the world build their homes from something other than lumber framing and this is basically the go-to.
I think they started making them in bigger sizes too for big prefabs and for malls and schools and stuff. Kinda cool, technology wise.
