First it was the seed phrase. Then the multisig quorum. Now I've got a folder of Cashu ecash proofs sitting in a wallet, and somewhere out there is a mint that knows exactly zero about who I am but everything about whether those tokens are still spendable.
Bitcoin promised to simplify money. Instead I'm running a small filing cabinet.
