I'm not angry at you. No one really knows how this will play out. Maybe you're right. We'll see. I honestly don't think many 110ers think it will in any way prevent spam. It seems they just don't want to roll out the welcome mat. Moreover, I bet the spam issue is secondary for many 110ers, who believe the important thing is to roll back core's power.
