I think it's not worth attacking that way. States that wanted to attack it just banned it. Occam's razor says no complicated schemes when easier solution is readily available. Hanlon's razor says they're probably just retarded. Even if they are not fully covered, it's more because they are retarded - got hacked, traded the money away, etc.
When you are not fully covered, it's not run on bank that kills you, it's the price action. Way sooner.
I think we are much less important than we think. We see conspiracies and plans to kill us, while our opponents are mostly retarded bureaucrats that couldn't care less. And even they do, they write a piece of paper, do their statist approval dance ritual and they're done.
