one thing i really REALLY hate about USA america, the thing that has caused me distress on a near daily basis, is the absolutely shit quality in design, functionality, just overall quality of anything related to the god damn bathroom
each of these ive seen so many multiple times and its so fucking annoying
>shower and bathtub are the same, but the tub is so small that it barely covers the hips when sitting in it
>heat/cold works as a permanently rotating knob
>water pressure non existant
>showerhead is not-detachable
>showerhead is installed at nipple height
>toilet is wobbling like a chair with uneven legs on uneven ground
>(this one is a hotel thing but still) failure to refill and provide shampoo/showergel
>terrible handsink faucets
>shower curtains made out of linen
>2 shower curtains running parallell (....why?)
>(another hotel thing) entire hotel not having a fucking PLUNGER so i had to cpr the god damn bathtub flow outlet with my palms like im trying to make a farting noise with them. but im clearing a blockage
>bathrub has metal plate bolted on overflow protector to stop it from working, but the plate is rusted and lets water through anyway WHATS THE FUCKING POINT A) YOU DONT WANT OVERFLOW IN YOUR HOTEL/HOME TO HAPPEN B) CANT HAVE A HIGH WATER EDGE BATH ANYWAY CAUSE VERY SLOWLY IT SIPS THROUGH THE RUSTED PLATE
>public toilet rooms 99% of them have the door open INSIDE and the handle to pull is very shit so you cant shoulder/elbow it open AAA
>small toiletroom door is doorknob and nowhere to hang or hold towel so you wash hands and then water all over the doorknob
>faucets designed to not in anyway have any symbols on em to imply cold or warm
>any two handle faucets, ugh its 2026
bonus hotel and motel funsies:
shampoo smells like rotten sewage (mightve been)
soap bar gives me chemical burn
outlets in bathroom dont work
i expect this shit from india but not usa
